3-4 mm. BRC MS should not be applied using a trowel. Spray over the entire prepared area and allow some time for the applied material to
stiffen before doubling back.

Bonding Rush CoatĀ  Light – BRC LGT BRC LGT is a dry pre mix, mineral based bonding coat specially designed as a key coat on autoclaved aerated concrete
blocks / calcium silicate blocks and normal fair faced concrete prior to plastering.
The mixed BRC LGT should be sprayed on to the prepared background using a tyrolean box or a power pattern spray gun. BRC LGT should
not be applied using a trowel. Spray over onto the entire prepared area and allow some time for the applied BRC LGT to stiffen before
doubling back.

Cement Plaster – CP14 CP14 is a dry pre mix, cement plaster/render for internal and external use. Mixed CP14 can be applied on to the prepared surface in one coat to a thickness of up to 20 mm and finished by felting or floating. If opted
to use a plaster machine, the plaster is being applied continuously and the finishing should be done manually to its specified thickness.

Cement Plaster Light – CP14 LGT CP14 LGT is a dry pre mix, cement plaster/render for internal and external use. The plaster is an ideal substrate for paint,
wallpaper or decorative plasters.
Mixed CP14 LGT can be applied with a plaster machine or by hand on the prepared surface of fair faced concrete and directly over the light
weight blocks / concrete blocks in one coat at a thickness of 8-20 mm and finished by felting or floating.

Cement Plaster/Render CP2 CP2 is a dry pre mix, cement plaster/render for internal and external use. This cement plaster is an ideal substrate for
paint, wallpaper or decorative plasters.
First Coat: Mixed CP2 has to be applied to the prepared background, as a spatter dash/rush coat to a thickness of 6-8 mm. A rough texture
has to be obtained to provide a mechanical key for the next coat. A minimum of 48 hours have to elapse prior to the application of the second
coat. Water curing is an absolute must during this period.
Second/Final Coat: With the second / final coat application, a total thickness of upto 20 mm can be built up and finished by felting or
floating. If opted to use a plaster machine,

Sand Cement Render SCR SCR is a dry pre mix, cement lime plaster/render for internal and external use. This cement plaster is an ideal substrate for
paint, wallpaper or decorative plasters.
First Coat: Mixed SCR has to be applied to the entire prepared background as a spatter dash/rush coat to a thickness of 6-8 mm. A rough
texture has to be obtained to provide mechanical key for the next coat. A minimum of 48 hours have to elapse prior to the application of the
